Introduction

Working with the "retail" and the hospitality sector for 25 years, I decided to continue my mission through my own independant company, BELAGOS Ltd, founded in July 2003.

The retail and the hospitality are very enthousiasming activity sectors, either within the "integrated" formula, based upon power and volume, or within the "independant/franchising" formula, based upon flexibility, proximity and service, ther is always something happening!

No doubt about it: to manage a shop or an hospitality house is a complete and complex job. Indeed, different professional skills in different domains are needed to achieve this.

Just to name some of them: sales, purchase, human resources, building, information technology, advertising, communication, heating, logistics, products handling, security, ...
